Features:
- Heavy-Duty Steel Construction: The Basic frame weighs 15 pounds and features thick-walled steel tubing to maximize box stability.
- Low-Profile Design: Basic frame extends straight out from your trailer hitch.
- Bolting Platform: Features four bolting locations for easy-on/easy-off box attachment. Also features rear side reinforcements to distribute the weight of your gear.
Additional Information:
- For use on vehicles with a 2" trailer hitch (rated Class III and above).
- This frame is great for use on RVs, SUVs, vans, minivans, and trucks.
- We recommend adding a Hitch Coupling Tightener when using this frame to eliminate the chance of side-to-side wobble when the carrier is in use.
- A hitch pin is included with this frame, which will secure the frame into your vehicle’s hitch. We highly recommend upgrading to a Locking Hitch Pin, which will key-lock your frame to your vehicle’s hitch for maximum security.
