1) Order Processing:
We process every order on a first-come, first-serve basis. Generally, we are able to process all carrier orders within 2 business days after the order is placed.
2) Shipping Within Continental U.S.:
We ship all carrier orders to the Continental United States by FedEx Ground. There is no sales tax in Oregon so we do not charge sales tax on U.S. orders regardless of your destination. We calculate shipping charges based on the dollar amount of your order, as specified in the following table:

3). Shipping to Alaska
StowAway orders are shipped to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending upon the model and whether the product is shipped to the port or to the customer's home. Smaller items are generally shipped to Alaska by U.S. Mail. Call us at 1-800-943-5377 for a shipping quote to Alaska.
4) Shipping to Hawaii
Orders to Hawaii are generally shipped by air but can be shipped by sea if preferred. Call us at 1-800-943-5377 for a shipping quote to Hawaii.
5) Express/Overnight Shipping:
Express shipping of StowAway Carriers is costly due to the size and weight of the carriers. Contact us at 1-800-943-5377 for an Express Shipping quote via FedEx.
6) Lead Times:
All StowAwy Carriers are shipped from our factory in Portland, Oregon. Shipping lead times to the West Coast range from 1 to 3 business days, and from 3 to 5 business days to all other parts of the country. Refer to the shipping guide below for estimated transit days to your destination (once the order is processed and built) by FedEx Ground. All estimates are shown in business days and do not include the day the product is shipped.
7) Canadian Shipping
We ship StowAway orders to Canada by either FedEx Ground or UPS. We calculate shipping based on the dollar amount of your order as specified in the following table. 8) International Shipping:

9) Order Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your StowAway order after it has been processed. In most cases we do not provide a tracking number due to the short lead times to process and ship the order.
