1) Order Processing:
We process every order on a first-come, first-serve basis. Generally, we are able to process all carrier orders within 2 business days after the order is placed.
2) Shipping:
We ship all carrier orders to the Continental United States by FedEx Ground. There is no sales tax in Oregon so you will never pay domestic sales tax on any of our carriers regardless of where you live. We calculate shipping charges based on the dollar amount of your order. We use the following chart to calculate your shipping costs. Please call StowAway2 Customer Service at 800-943-5377 for all orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

3) Expedited/Overnight Shipping:
Through FedEx, we also offer expedited and overnight delivery service for our carriers and accessories. If you’re interested in expedited or overnight delivery service, please contact us at (800) 943-5377.
Keep in mind: our most popular carrier models weigh between 90 and 100 pounds so expedited and overnight shipping can be expensive.
4) Lead Times (from Oregon):
Once your StowAway2 cargo carrier order is processed, your carrier will ship from our warehouse in Oregon (see below for information regarding shipping from Tennessee). Shipping lead times vary from state to state and refer to the number of days between your order process date and the day you receive your carrier. Below is a map provided by FedEx which offers approximate shipping lead times to all 50 states from Oregon.

5) Lead Times (from Tennessee):
We stock our most popular models at a Fulfillment Center in Tennessee. if you live in the eastern half of the United State, shipping from this location can significantly reduce your shipping lead time, cutting it to 1-3 business days. Shipping from this location costs an additional $29. If you are interested in receiving your StowAway2 from our Tennessee location, please call (800) 943-5377 to verify product availability. Below is a map provided by FedEx which offers approximate shipping lead times to all 50 states from Tennessee.

6) International Shipping:
We ship all carrier orders to Canada by FedEx International Ground. There is no sales tax in Oregon so you will never pay domestic sales tax on any of our carriers regardless of where you live. We calculate shipping charges based on the dollar amount of your order. We use the following chart to calculate your shipping costs, which includes all GST, PST, HST, brokerage and zone fees.

Please email info@stowaway2.com with the subject line “International Shipping Information Request” to obtain information regarding international shipping arrangements. In the body of the email, be sure to include your full name and mailing address. As a general rule, allow 7+ days for shipping to Canada.
If you are a Canadian living near the Canada/U.S. border, you can avoid international duty and taxes by providing a ship-to address in the United States when placing your order. By driving down to the United States to pick up your order, you can potentially save hundreds of dollars on shipping.
7) Tracking Your Order:
You should receive a FedEx tracking confirmation number by email when you place your order with us online or over the phone. Go to FedEx.com and enter this tracking number to check on the status of your order. If you did not receive a FedEx tracking confirmation, please send an email to info@stowaway2.com with the subject line “FedEx Tracking Number Request”. In the body of the email, be sure to include your first and last name and order number.
